euroTECH Handling GmbH will be presenting a comprehensive selection of innovative lifting devices, vacuum components and protective coatings for the glass industry at the world's leading trade fair glasstec in Düsseldorf from October 22 to 25. These products for glass handling have been specially developed for indoor and outdoor use as well as for mobile applications and optimize efficiency and safety. At stand C86 in hall 11, visitors will have the opportunity to talk directly to the experts from euroTECH Handling, discover customized solutions for their individual requirements and test the devices for themselves.
Innovative vacuum and protective components for sensitive glass surfaces - over 10,000 possible variations!
The clever and modular suction plate system from euroTECH focuses on cost-effectiveness and sustainability. In order to meet the requirements of demanding vacuum handling, euroTECH offers an almost infinite selection of seals in various materials and geometries in combination with joints and suspension bolts - modular and combinable.
An intelligent quick-release system also guarantees the cost-efficient and environmentally friendly replacement of individual seals and wearing parts.
One of the biggest challenges in glass handling is avoiding marks from the vacuum cups on sensitive surfaces. To solve this problem, euroTECH has developed MTC protective covers to leave no visible marks on the glass.
Precise work on the construction site with "eT-Litocran"
With the eT-Litocran, euroTECH presents a special highlight for mobile use on construction sites in the window and façade construction industry. The eT-Litocran with its lifting device and hydraulic telescopic arm enables work to be carried out with millimeter precision when setting glass panes and façade elements thanks to its 3D mobility. Objects weighing up to 700 kg can be installed easily and precisely from the outside, even at great heights and in tricky and challenging installation situations. The eT-Litocran can be adapted to telescopic forklifts and small cranes as an attachment.
Customized and new solutions for the glass industry
The eT-Hover lifting devices, which offer almost unlimited movement and application possibilities, are a particular focus. The "univac" and "univac-line" models will be presented at the trade fair. The "eT-Hover-univac-line-mini", a compact device for particularly narrow and high workpieces, will also be celebrating its premiere. A lifting device will also be presented that can safely move huge vacuum-tight sheets such as glass, metal sheets, plastic sheets or wooden panels up to 6000 x 3300 mm.
