The compact eT-Hover-univac lifting device is modularly expandable. With the appropriate extension arms and four additional suction cups, not only can the device be adapted to different panel formats, but the maximum load capacity can also be increased to 700 kg. In the compact standard version with four suction plates, the device lifts 360 kg vertically and 500 kg horizontally. The vacuum lifting device in accordance with DIN EN 13155 from Eurotech is designed as an attachment for crane and lifting equipment. It is suitable for lifting and moving flat loads made of glass, wood, coated chipboard and other materials such as stone, metal or plastic.
Whether for handling wooden panels in interior construction or for outdoor use when installing windows, the battery-operated eT-Hover-univac is available both as a construction site lifting device and as an indoor version. Quickly changing the panel formats to be suctioned is no problem. The extension arms and four additional suction cups, whose vacuum hoses are simply docked onto the existing suction cups, can be individually attached to the device. Two positions per suction plate are possible without extension arms and three additional positions per suction plate with the extension. For rough and textured surfaces such as
e.g. textured glass or brushed wood, other suitable suction plates can also be attached.
The lifting device can be manually rotated 360° endlessly and automatically or manually swiveled 90°. The swivel arm can be removed to work in tight spaces, e.g. between scaffolding and the building façade. All operating elements are attached to the device. The optional remote control extends the range of applications, as the suction and rapid ventilation functions can be controlled by radio. When working on ladders or scaffolding, this increases safety, makes handling easier and in many cases saves an additional worker. The range of the radio remote control is approx. 50 to 100 meters in an interference-free environment.
The quick release function allows the load to be quickly released from the eT-Hover-univac. This saves time during the lengthy work process. An automatic energy-saving function ensures that the vacuum pump only remains switched on until the required vacuum is reached.
In the dual-circuit version, all vacuum components such as the non-return valve, vacuum accumulator and vacuum gauge are provided in duplicate from the vacuum pump onwards. The lifting device mounted on the crane is ready for operation as soon as there is sufficient vacuum. The control unit permanently monitors the vacuum. Faults or loss of vacuum are indicated by visual or acoustic signals.
A wide range of optional accessories is available for the eT-Hover-univac, such as a support arm with electric lifting cylinder or extension for lifting/sliding elements.
