BSPM suction pads for use on clamping blocks are specifically designed for handling rough and textured surfaces. They feature a continuous, fine-pored sealing lip that conforms precisely to the surface texture of the workpiece, thereby optimizing holding force.
The soft sealing lip and a non-slip, elastic surface coating ensure gentle, mark-free suction. The suction plates are attached to the base plate with cylinder pins, allowing for quick and flexible installation and replacement. The suction plates feature a central bore for the vacuum connection.
